Got Back My Excel Calendar!

I am busy with a private firm as a personal secretary to my boss. As I’m a personal secretary, it comes under my work task to maintain each and every detail of my boss’ schedule. I have to maintain my company’s accounts as well as statistical records for proper conduction of company’s financial matters. I also have to make a record of important birth dates, schedules with accurate dates and timings of important meetings, upcoming appointments and much more. Due to work pressure, I sometimes forget the things because they all get jumbled up in my mind .To maintain a complete record, I decided to create a calendar using MS Excel, which provides this feature. As soon as created my calendar on desktop I became tension-free because now I don’t have to open my diary again and again. Whenever I open Excel, in just a few seconds, I get each and every detail in the blink of an eye. I created my Excel calendar by these steps:
1. First, I opened MS Excel application
2. Clicking the MS Office logo on the top-left of the worksheet
3. Then by clicking the New option button. The New Workbook window will be displayed.
4. Selecting the Calendar option from the Templates bar.
5. MS Office Online will search itself for the templates on its online portal and display number of calendar options to select from.
6. Now select any of the template type to create a calendar entry, preview of the selected calendar type will be displayed in the right panel.
7. Clicking the Download button to open the calendar template from Microsoft website. P.S. it needs to have internet connection to perform the action.
8. Microsoft Office Genuine Advantage dialogue box will appear, it needs to click the Continue button to create the calendar. In this window Microsoft validates your MS Office software copy for.
9. After this MS Office will download the selected calendar template and open the format to create day to day entries.

MS Excel Calendar displayed in the work sheet. I always used to add dates of appointments, meetings of my boss, birth dates of colleagues in this MS Excel calendar and then saved the calendar at a desired location on the hard drive for instant availability.

Now, all important dates & events were saved in this calendar. When I open my MS Excel calendar, each and every minute detail flashed in just a few seconds.
Accidentally, one day, due to improper system shutdown, my Excel calendar was completely lost. I was in an intricate condition. I didn’t know what to do. I gave a call to my friend and she advised me to use some recovery tool to repair Excel file. I did an online hunt and found several Excel Recovery tools. I went through them and found Sys Tools Excel Recovery software as a good option that could be tried and bingo! I was right! The software repaired all the damaged Excel files and accurately recovered all my Excel calendar contents. Sys Tools Recovery solved my problem in a few seconds.
